The Center for Western Studies is excited to present "Contemporary Plains Indian Art" an exhibit featuring the art of four of South Dakota's most prominent Native artists including: Arthur Amiotte, Jerry Fogg, Oscar Howe, and Donald Montileaux. With over 30 pieces of artwork displayed there is something for everyone.
This exhibition brings together over sixty editorial cartoons from the past forty years, exemplifying the career of award-winning, nationally-syndicated cartoonist Rob Rogers. The viewer will get to see both original drawings and color digital prints of his widely-circulating work, along with examples that were not published.
