Began painting in the early 2000’s on canvas. Before that painted and crafted on every thing I could. Took painting classes from artist John Green in Madison, SD and he really got me going and I realized, hey maybe I could get serious about this. It still took me a few years of dabbling  to really get started. Now I paint almost dailey and passionately. My husband and I own a restarunt  with a gift shop in it, where we consign local artist and also show my own stuff and sell. I watch all the art classes I can on Utube and have learned alot from some great artist. I can’t get enough. I live in Madison South Dakota With my husband of almost 43 yrs. I have 3 grown children and several grands and a new great. I enjoy painting them, along with other family members.  I have a variety of passions. Such as Cows, landscapes, Jesus, and recently painting life events like a homeless man I took care of at a Red Cross shelter, a picture of myself ringing the bell at Alvera Cancer hospital after beating breast cancer. There is so much to paint, it is hard to chose what comes next.
