Sara Mulder is an artist from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where she lives with her husband, three daughters, and 2 dogs.  With 20 plus years of painting experience, she fills her time creating at her in-home studio.  Sara is passionate about creating paintings which are saturated with color, exploring realism with an expressionist style of the midwest landscape, floral work, and still life table-scapes.  She  is inspired by the way her brushwork interacts with intense color, shape, & space on the canvas; seeking a balance of finish & loose, linear marks.   Sara loves connecting with the people she paints for, making sure every piece is as unique as the space it fills, believing the art you collect should create joy & wonder.
