Neuharth is a multidisciplinary author and artist who has written and published over 45 books spanning poetry, memoir, experimental fiction, esoterica, fantasy, horror, and scripts. He is the founder of the Writer’s Study at Full Circle Book Co-op, the Poet’s Underground, and Night Horse Publishing House.

In addition to his literary work, Nathan explores creative expression through film, performance art, role-playing, sketching, and acrylic painting. His work often blends genres and disciplines, reflecting a commitment to experimental storytelling and outsider art traditions.
