“Byron Banasiak is a travel photographer and documentary filmmaker from the southeast corner of South Dakota. He graduated from the school of Media and Journalism at USD. While there, he received an Eric Sevareid award from The Midwest Broadcast Journalists Association. After graduating, Byron traveled internationally creating short documentary films and photographing life on the road. He is now the chief photographer and videographer for the South Dakota Department of Tourism.”
