I have been painting for many years in watercolor and oils and have taught classes, done commissions, won awards, and worked as an Artist in the schools for South Dakota. I do some plein air, work from photos and also from my own sketches. I paint what I love; outdoor scenes, interesting places, creatures, and people. I am currently living in the Sioux Falls area after spending some years in the Rocky mountains of Colorado, and a member of the Great Plains Watercolor Society.
