The Northern Plains Professional Writers group, consisting of writers from this region, is hosting a writing conference at the Kelly Inn, Yankton, on Friday, Oct. 18. $500 — Will get 2 registrations, vendor/display table, logo/link on our website (you must provide logo/link info to us), thank you in program, press release
$250 — 1 registration, thank you in program
Vendor tables: $100. No electricity. Setup between 7 and 7:30 morning of event. Break down starting at 3:30. Number of tables extremely limited.
Deadlines: for vendors, it is first come, first served. We can accept them up until the week of the conference as long as the facilities can help us set up tables.
Sponsors: No deadline, but obviously will get more for your money if you do it earlier (i.e., longer time on website, press release info)
