The Mayor’s Disability Awareness and Accessibility Review Board (DAARB) is hosting it’s 10th Annual exhibit and artist reception at The Underground by Rehfeld’s in Sioux Falls. The show features artwork by various local artists with disabilities, music by Vicki Stewart, snacks and refreshments.
