The 14th annual Arts Education Institute offers professional development in arts and learning for all South Dakota teachers and administrators Pre-K through 12th grade.

The Arts Education Institute (AEI) offers an educational and fun-filled week of learning to infuse the arts into classrooms and curriculum development. This year hands-on art, music and theater workshops offer many opportunities for all Pre-K through 12th grade educators July 15-18 at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota.

AEI is offered for up to two graduate, under-graduate or recertification credits.  Mail-in registration with your check/school voucher or register and pay online with your credit card. Early registration is recommended.

Class sizes are limited to 12 each.
Minimum class size of eight or workshop will be cancelled.

PROGRAM FEES PER CREDIT (TWO CREDIT MAX)
Early Bird Registration fee $35 per credit due by June 1
Housing fee $25 dollars per night per person (pay at the time of check in )
Graduate/undergraduate $40 per credit (pay at time of registration 7:30-8:15am 7/15)
Renewal credits available for no extra charge

HOUSING
Residential participants stay in air-conditioned suites in Kramer Hall.  The suites are available for 2 to 4 people to a suite.  Each room has twin bunk beds with a common area and bath unit in each.  Bed and bath linens are not provided. Housing registration is from 4-8pm on Sunday or Monday from 7:00 am to 8:30 am. Rooms are available Sunday through Thursday night.
