I am water—ever changing and free flowing. I change, yet my essence remains the same. Liquid, solid, or gas, I am still water. If I should be vocal and speak, I will. If I should be silent and listen, I will. However, like water in the form of a river, I erode my own path. When I am good, goodness will return as surface runoff to my stream. When I am strong, ecosystems will be supported by me. And when I have love in my heart, I will flow through the way, because I am water.
