2014 Mayor’s Awards for the Arts Nomination Form

2014 Mayor’s Awards for the Arts will be presented at the First Annual Arts BAL ~ Bringing Art to Life ~ on April 24, 2014. Nominations can be made by filling out the 2014 Nomination Form and mailing to the SFAC office, or email to info@artssiouxfalls.org with the subject “Mayor’s Awards Nomination.”
