About The Artist

I am a creative writer, currently studying for my PhD at the University of South Dakota, where I also teach English. I live in Sioux Falls, where I also teach English at the University of Sioux Falls.

But that’s my professional life.

I am one of the founding editors of Broken Antler, an online literary magazine dedicated to all things weird a macabre. I’m very proud of the work Broken Antler does, we publish fiction, poetry, non-fiction, art, and everything in between. We’ve featured several SD artists in our issues, and are always looking to feature more. We also publish book reviews and interviews, which we are also always looking for more of.

I’ve just begun publishing my own fiction, which you can find online in Pulp and Exposed Bone. I am hoping to get more publications soon!
